Community Facility Development and Infrastructure Assistance
Local governments, special districts and other local agencies that provide basic municipal services (e.g. water/sewer) to Plumas County residents, can receive technical assistance to help with a variety of issues such as:
- District formation and boundary changes (annexation);

Special Benefit Assessment Proceedings (Prop. 218);

Obtaining financial assistance in the form of loans and grants for planning; and feasibility studies, new construction and/or capital improvements and repairs;
- Construction management and general administrative assistance;

Compliance with labor, equal opportunity and other public agency requirements;
Environmental Analysis.
